MLS Areas do not exist in Flexmls

There are many official areas that can be used in place of MLS Areas, including school districts, municipalities, and zip codes. You may also work with your client to draw out the exact area they are interested in on the map search.

Public vs Private Reports

If an agent wants a report that has the listing agent information and agent only remarks, they need to select the Private version of the report. If they want a report suitable to give to their client without the listing agent information, they need to select the Public version of the report.

Contact Your Clients

Your clients will receive an opt-in email from Flexmls before any automated search results (subscriptions) are sent to them. Make sure your clients are aware of this so they don't think it's spam or a phishing email.
